1. What this service is

BTC Daily Range (btcdailyrange.com, "the Service") publishes the output of statistical models: a predicted price range for BTC/USDT over the next 24 hours, a volatility level, and reference probabilities. Every number shown is a model estimate, published together with its statistical window and sample size, and is reconciled against the actual market every hour.

The Service is a tool for your own analysis. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, and not an offer of financial services. Nothing on the site guarantees any outcome. Past coverage rates do not predict future coverage. The Service does not place orders and does not connect to any exchange trading account.

2. Eligibility and restricted regions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The Service is not offered to users located in mainland China. It is your responsibility to confirm that using the Service and paying in crypto-assets is lawful where you live; we may refuse or terminate accounts from restricted regions without refund.

3. Subscriptions, payment and refunds

Paid features are unlocked by a subscription (monthly or yearly, prices shown on the pricing page) paid in USDT via NOWPayments, or by a redeem code. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; a new payment extends the current expiry date.

USDT payments are final and non-refundable once the payment is confirmed on-chain. Partial or late payments do not unlock the subscription; contact us with the order id if this happens. Redeem codes are single-use, tied to the plan printed on them, may carry an expiry date, and can be revoked if obtained through fraud or chargeback.

4. Account and data

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. We store your email address, a password hash, subscription and payment records (including the payment processor's callback), and server logs. We use your email only to verify the account and to contact you about it. We do not sell personal data. You may ask us to delete your account by email.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share accounts, scrape or redistribute the data feed, attempt to bypass access controls, or overload the service. Personal, non-commercial use only unless agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data sources may be delayed or interrupted; the site marks such cases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. You bear all risk of any trading decision.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the Service; material changes are announced on this page with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

2. 使用资格与受限地区

你须年满 18 岁并具有签订本协议的法律能力。本站不面向中国大陆用户提供服务。使用本站及以加密资产付款是否合法，须由你自行按所在地法律确认；来自受限地区的账号，本站可以拒绝或终止且不退款。

3. 订阅、付款与退款

付费功能通过订阅（月付或年付，价格见定价页）开通：用 USDT 经 NOWPayments 支付，或使用兑换码。 订阅不会自动续费；每次付款从当前到期日往后顺延。

USDT 一经链上确认即为最终支付，不予退款。金额不足或超时的付款不会开通订阅，遇到这种情况请附订单号联系我们。 兑换码只能使用一次、只对应码上标明的套餐、可能带有效期；通过欺诈或拒付取得的兑换码会被作废。

4. 账号与数据

你须妥善保管密码，并对账号下的一切操作负责。本站保存你的邮箱、密码哈希、订阅与支付记录（含支付服务商的回调原文） 以及服务器日志。邮箱只用于验证账号和与你联系账号事务；本站不出售个人数据。你可以通过邮件要求删除账号。

5. 使用规范

不得共享账号、抓取或转发数据、绕过权限控制或对服务施加过载。除另有书面约定外，仅限个人非商业用途。

6. 免责与责任限制

本站按「现状」提供，不对准确性、可用性或特定用途适用性作任何保证。数据源可能延迟或中断，页面会标出这类情况。 在法律允许的最大范围内，本站就与服务相关的任何索赔所承担的全部责任，以你为当前订阅周期支付的金额为限。 任何交易决定的风险由你自行承担。

7. 变更与终止

本站可能修改本协议或服务内容；重大变更会在本页更新日期并公布，继续使用即视为接受。违反本协议的账号可能被暂停或终止。
